Economical Series!
RC Series are general purpose centerless grinding machines intended
for rapid, accurate grinding of small diameter work. High quality
at low cost is one of the outstanding features. They are high-productive,
versatile, durable machines with maximum ease of operation and safety
design.

|
Machine
Bed: The machine bed is made of high quality "MEEHANITE"
cast iron and has aging treatment. No distortion. Machine bed
and slides are also heat treatment and precision ground. No
worn out. |
|
|
Gear
Box: All
gears are made of SNCM220 alloy steel having been normalized,
carburized hardened and precision ground. No vibration and low
noice. |
|
|
Servo
Motor for Regulating Wheel:
Japanese servo motor is used as the regulating wheel motor which
provides infinitely variable speed change from 0~295rpm and
can be adjusted to ideal linear speed. The servo motor is driven
directly by worm and worm gear. This can reduce vibration during
grinding and consequently achieve the best roundness. |

Regulating
Wheel Dressing Unit: The
angle of the regulating wheel dressing unit can be swivelled
according to workpiece requirements in order to enhance accuracy. |
|
|
Spindle:
The
grinding and regulating wheel spindles are made of high quality
alloy steel (SNCM439), induction hardened superfinished. They
are sturdy and strong enough to permit heavy duty grinding at
high speed and assure superior surface finish. |
|
|
Hydraulic
Dressing Unit: Both
grinding wheel and regulating wheel dressing units are hydraulic
traversed. Traverse speed is infinitely adjustable. Dressing
slides are made of special alloy cast iron and hand scraping.
Assures smooth dressing and high accuracy. |
|
|
Rotary
Dressing Unit (optional accessories): Be
applicable to the CBN grinding wheel, diamond grinding wheel
or general abrasive grinding wheel. |
|
|
Pressure
Switch: One
pressure switch is provided in the grinding wheel spindle lubrication
system so that the spindle motor won't rotate while the lubrication
pressure is reduced. This prevents the spindle from dry running
and damage. |
|
|
Hydraulic
Oil Cooling Fan: During
grinding, it cools down hydraulic oil temperature and therefore
reduce size vibration also enhance grinding wheel spindle life. |
|
|
Upper
Slide: The
upper slide can be rapidly and precisely swivelled up to ±5°
in order to grind taper in infeed grinding and provide perfect
contact between workpiece and grinding wheel in thrufeed grinding. |

Features:

Machine
base made of the highest grade cast iron with carbonized
heat treatment to ensure machine
life and rigidity.
-
Slideways
of regulating wheel are casted of double reverse V-type
and precisely hand scraped & coated with turcite B
for smooth movement and longevity.
-
Both the
grinding and regulating spindles are made of Ni-Cr-Mo
alloy steel, hardened and ground to obtain the highest
accuracy
-
The regulating
wheel is inclinable for ± 5° to meet different grinding
demands. The spindles are retrofitted with hydrostatic
babbit bearings and auto lube system. When the spindle
rotates, it creates oil film between the spindle and bearing
to prevent any metallic contacts to ensure accuracy and
spindle life.
-
Micro switch
to detect oil pressure of lube system, spindles will not
rotate under insufficient pressure in the interest of
safety and machine life, enabling maintenance free conditions.
- Hydraulic dressing attachment:
standard for both grinding and regulating wheels. Variable
dressing speed controlled by hydraulic.
